Vineyard Park has partnered with Summit Pacific Outpatient Services to provide Education Wellness, Fitness, and Rehabilitation right on site in your community! We are excited to have Geriatric rehabilitation specialists available to you in your community.
Summit Pacifc Outpatient Services provides a menu of specialized skilled therapy programs:

*Our comprehensive menu of skilled intervention will help you, the residents of Bothell senior community, achieve and/or maintain the greatest levels of independence possible.
These services are most often fully covered by your insurance benefits.We will verify your insurance coverage prior to initiating treatment.
Regardless of health or fitness level, each client receives opportunities to optimize wellness and enhance their lifestyle. Our team of caring therapists looks forward to working closely with you, your care providers, physicians, and family as appropriate, to design an effective individualized therapy program. Your treatment is private, and can be scheduled in our clinic or in the convenience of your own apartment!
