Residents have amenities such as a basic extended cable television package with the option of upgrading to premium cable television available in each room, beautiful high-end finishes designed by C. Burklund Interiors, emergency call system in each room and throughout the building, sweeping two story lobby, firelight living room, town center, grand staircase with library balcony, restaurant-quality dining room, guest dining room, theatre with large screen television, activity room, exercise room, computer room, meeting room, game room, full service beauty/barber shop, gift shop, beautifully landscaped grounds, and walking trails.

Q: How close are you to the Northshore Senior Center?

A: Vineyard Park at Bothell Landing is a short walk to the award winning Northshore Senior Center.  It is one of the largest, most dynamic senior centers on the West Coast. With over 10,000 members and a large curriculum of activities and functions, the center has something for everyone. Vineyard Park at Bothell Landing residents receive membership to the Northshore Senior Center.

Q: Do you offer church services and other religious activities at the site?
A: Yes, there is a weekly church service.

Q: What is your visitor policy?

A: Vineyard Park at Bothell Landing welcomes and encourages visitors, including children and pets. For individuals who wish to bring a pet on a regular basis, please see the Activity Personnel for a copy of the policy. Visitors should be respectful of resident rights and not interfere with the plan of care. Gifts and foods should be checked in at the nurse's station. Suggested visiting hours are from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Q: Do you offer transportation?
A: We offer full rider services with our Vineyard Park Bus. Transportation to various events is scheduled regularly, and special rides can be made with an appointment. We travel within a 10 mile radius around our community.

Q: Do you have hair care for residents?
A: A beauty/barber shop is conveniently located on the second floor.

Q: How many meals a day are included in the basic fee?
A: Our chef offers scrumptious meals three times daily in the dining room. Quality foods and menu selection is important for health and variety. Our dining room is open from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. every day for our residents' convenience.

Q: What medical records and histories do you keep for you residents?

A: Vineyard Park at Bothell Landing's nurse keeps a medical history for each of its residents as a supplement to the records of the resident's physician. These records are private and securely stored, and used in the development of the care plan, as a cross reference to care plan changes, and in case of emergencies.

Q: How long may a resident stay in this community?

A: Resident needs can eventually move beyond Vineyard Park at Bothell Landing's license to care for them. Should this situation occur, residents may wish to move to a nearby Regency Pacific skilled nursing community to support an easy transition to a facility with different licensed care.

Q: What is assisted care?
A: Assisted care is designed for active seniors who either need, or feel they will need, help with everyday living. It provides assurance that help will immediately be available in case of emergency, which creates an energetic environment full of friends, good food, and activity.

Q: What if I need personal care?

For residents requiring assistance with their daily living needs, a professional licensed staff is available to provide additional assisted care. Our assisted living program offers an individualized program of additional services including daily light housekeeping and well-being checks as well as personalized assistance with dressing and grooming, plus escort services to meals and activities.

A: Vineyard Park at Bothell Landing offers care based on a point system.

Q: Is a nurse available 24 hrs per day?

A: Our care giving staff is available in the building 24 hours per day. We have a full time nurse that is in the building 40 hours per week. We also have a nurse on-call 24 hours per day if an emergency arises.

Q: How do I pay for care?
A: We are a private pay community and also accept long-term care insurance. We also accept credit card payments by Visa and Mastercard and checks. Residents and their families also enjoy our Automated Payment Plan, which uses pre-authorized payments to automatically debit their Visa, Mastercard, or checking accounts for rent and assisted living services. Our bookkeeper is more than happy to assist you in gaining a basic understanding of managing the financial affairs of your loved one.
